We offer FREE DELIVERY on all party kits, including free delivery on additional items made in the same order.
Standard delivery of small items £2.50
Delivery of small items will be calculated at the checkout depending on their size and weight. Your order will reach you within 3-5 working days.
Standard delivery £3.99
Your order will reach you within 3-5 working days.
Next day delivery £7.99
Order before 12pm and your order will be dispatched on the day of order to reach you the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on the Friday and delivered by Monday with this being the next working day. Orders placed before 12pm over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. This service will require a signature.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. The above delivery schedule is for mainland UK addresses and should only be used as a guide. During busy periods or following a bank holiday delivery timescales may be longer. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following working day.

Rest of the World £19.99
Delivery to Europe usually takes 7-10 working days and to the rest of the world 10-15 working days. International delivery times can only be used as a guide and we cannot guarantee a specific date when your parcel will arrive. For very large items we may weigh the item and advise of additional charges. Duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas are the buyers responsibility to pay.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from receipt of item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Returns & Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note, if you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a trackable shipping/postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please not that food or beverage items such as sweets or straws cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an agreed refund first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges, Damages & Incorrect Items
Any damages must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Please do not reject parcels from the courier because you suspect the goods are broken, please accept the delivery and contact us. Please note we may ask for photographic evidence of a breakage or an incorrect item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if an incorrect item has been received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the above address.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, the return postage will also be refunded.
